Echoes Through the Scene
For my Major Qualifying Project (senior capstone) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, my team and I developed a campus-themed puzzle adventure in Unity. The game integrates smartphones as controllers, using their unique sensors to solve puzzles and influence story progression.

This MQP explored novel input design by connecting smartphones directly to a Unity-based game. Players step into a narrative set on a university campus, where they encounter mysteries that must be unraveled through puzzle solving. Instead of relying on traditional keyboard or controller inputs, players interact through their own phones—tilting, shaking, scanning, or using touchscreen gestures—to trigger mechanics and progress through the story. The project emphasized both narrative integration and technical innovation, demonstrating how mobile devices can extend gameplay beyond the screen and create new modes of immersive interaction in PC games.
